Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • Corn Muffin Mix like Jiffy
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 egg
  • Hot Dogs
  • Cream Cheese optional
  • Chopped Jalapeno optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
  • Grease muffin pan
  • Mix together milk, egg and cornbread mix
  • Let batter rest for 3-4 minutes (batter may be lumpy)
  • Chop a couple hot dogs into 1-2 inch chunks
  • Stir again and pour into muffin pan making sure to fill cups 1/2 full
  • Place a couple hot dog chunks into muffin cups
  • Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and/or chopped jalapeno into each cup
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Let cool
  • Eat!
